In cases of unavailability, Fashion Sneaker Street will refund the client in full within 3 business days. Due to the nature of our business all sales are final and cannot be returned nor refunded.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed, packaged, and sent out, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
For Courier Guy orders:
1. Go to The Courier Guy website. 2. Enter your tracking number in the “Track My Parcel” section. 3. Check the real-time progress of your delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email with tracking number. All our shipments are shipped double boxed, delivered to your door by The Courier Guy or PostNet within South Africa. Shipments generally take 2 business days to arrive in metropolitan areas and 3 days + to regional areas. Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of R120.
